We collect information that you voluntarily submit through the consultation intake form. This may include your name, organization, email address, phone number, website, industry, organization type, approximate revenue range, team size, organization stage, preparation need, biggest obstacle, desired progress timeline, engagement approver, and level of support being considered. Information submitted through the consultation intake form is initially stored in Base44, the platform that hosts this website.

The website may also collect basic technical and usage information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs.

How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you when you choose to fill out and submit the consultation intake form. Basic technical and usage information may be collected automatically by the hosting platform or analytics tools when you visit the website.

How We Use Submitted Information

We use information submitted through the consultation form to evaluate whether our services are a fit for your organization, to respond to your inquiry, and to communicate with you about potential engagements. Responding to your consultation inquiry is not considered marketing, and submitting an inquiry does not constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional emails. Marketing or promotional emails require a separate, explicit opt-in.

Disclosure to Service Providers

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. Approved inquiry information may be exported from Base44 to our internal Google Sheets CRM for qualification, follow-up, and internal reporting. We may also share submitted information with service providers that support our hosting, analytics, email communications, security, and general website operations. These providers are engaged to perform services on our behalf and are expected to handle information in accordance with applicable privacy obligations.

External Readiness Assessment

The external readiness assessment is not active at this time. When activated, it will be administered by a third-party provider through a separate platform. Information you submit directly to the assessment provider will be governed by that provider’s privacy terms. We have not yet confirmed whether assessment responses or results will be shared with 360 Global Management. This section will be updated when the data-sharing process has been confirmed with the assessment partner.

Analytics

At launch, the only analytics platform approved for use on this website is Base44 analytics, which is provided by the platform that hosts this website. Base44 analytics may collect information about how visitors interact with the site, such as pages visited and general usage patterns. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or any other third-party tracking product. If we adopt additional analytics tools in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry information submitted through this website for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential engagement. For inquiry records that do not result in a client engagement, we retain the information for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Records associated with an active or completed client engagement may be retained for a longer period consistent with legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

Security Safeguards

We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this website. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information submitted to or through this website.

Your Access and Choices
